1) A few pieces of equipment you need before getting started, including helmet, harness, locking carabiner and belay device, etc.

3) Climb up the tower structure. There are handle bars on the side of the tower, climb up to the platform. 

4) Once you're on the platform, get yourself ready for a forward jump to hug the boxing bag in front. 

5) If you catch the bag, you can let go of your grab and fall freely down to the ground. It is safe with the belay equipment.
